Ning bo Ming Sing Optical R&D Co., Ltd. is changed from the Ningbo Second Light Industrial Research &Designing Institute which established in 1976 and make at changing in 2006 for finite liability company．It specialized in developing，producing and selling optical instruments．After several years of rapid development, now it has developed into China’s leading manufacturer and R&D organization in optical instrument．

It had developed and produced series of optical measuring instrument．Such as LE-5/LE-8 Auto Lens Edger, TL-6000 Auto Lens meter. CV-7000 computerized vision tester, RM-9000 Auto refract meter, KR-9000 Auto ref-keratometer and etc．These products are popular in the market because 0f good quality and lower price，practicability and reliability，and excellent after sales service．Some of them are even exported to Europe，Southeast Asia．Mid East and America.

In sep of 1997, it developed china’s first set of Auto Lens Edger LE-5, which classified as state-level new products by State Economic and Trade Commission in 1999.

It developed Auto Lens meter TL-6000，the first set in China On 28th Jan 2002．This achievement filled in gaps in Auto Lens meter.

It developed CV-7000 computerized vision tester, the first set in China 0n 20th Sep 2006.

It launched the RM-9000 Auto refract meter in Sep of 2009 and widely praised by users in the market.
